Samuel Acosta was indicted for receipt and possession of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2) and (a)(4)(B). Following a bench trial, the district court1 issued findings of fact and an adjudication order, finding Acosta guilty on both counts.
