Defendant/Appellant, Timiko Payton ("Payton") appeals the district court's denial of a Motion for Sentence Reduction pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2). Payton's Motion was based upon amendments to § 2D1.1(c) of the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Manual ("the guidelines").
