Daniel Manuel Rodriguez ("Rodriguez"), a lawful permanent resident, brings this petition for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") holding that he is removable pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(2)(B)(i) based on his 2004 conviction for possession of less than 30 grams of concentrated cannabis.
