Randy Myers, a Chapter 7 trustee, brought an adversary proceeding to avoid certain transfers that debtor John Raynor ("John") had made to his wife, Maureen Raynor ("Maureen"). The district court upheld the bankruptcy court's denial of Maureen's motion to dismiss the suit as time-barred by the statute of limitations.
