Defendant Stephanie Corsmeier appeals following her conviction for conspiracy to commit bank, wire and mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1349, three counts of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344, three counts of wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343, three counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341, and conspiracy to commit money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956...
