In 2001, Tyrone White was convicted in Minnesota state court of felony murder and attempted first-degree murder and was sentenced to life imprisonment. In a prior appeal we affirmed the district court's dismissal of White's petition for a writ of habeas corpus because the petition contained claims that had not been fully exhausted in state court.
