WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

Siyad Warsame Ali appeals his conviction on ten counts of aiding and assisting in the preparation of false individual income tax returns, in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7206(2). Ali contends that the district court1 committed reversible error in admitting certain evidence and that the evidence was insufficient to support convictions on five of the counts. We affirm.
