Alvarado, Juan Carrillo, and twelve other defendants on multiple counts, including conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B)(viii), and 846 (Count I); and conspiracy to commit money laundering, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1956(a)(1)(A)(i) and 1956(h) (Count II).
