Nyrop sued the School District, alleging it (1) failed to reasonably accommodate her disability, (2) refused to hire her for an administrative position because of her disability, and (3) retaliated against her for filing a charge of discrimination, all in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101...
