BYE, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted Barry Jewell of aiding and abetting tax evasion in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201 and 18 U.S.C. § 2. The district court1 sentenced him to thirty months in prison and three years of supervised release, and imposed a $25,000 fine. Jewell appeals his conviction on a number of grounds. We affirm.
