Clarence Eugene Vincent was found guilty by a jury of two counts of knowingly distributing methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). On appeal, Mr. Vincent argues that the district court erred by refusing to instruct the jury on the defense of entrapment.
