No. 09-3032.

611 F.3d 936 (2010)

UNITED STATES of America, Appellee, v. Thomas HORTON, also known as Martel Terrell Erving, Appellant.

United States Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit.

Filed: July 26, 2010.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Cory Goldensoph, Cedar Rapids, IA, for appellant.

Robert L. Teig, AUSA, Cedar Rapids, IA, for appellee.

Before LOKEN, BRIGHT, and MELLOY, Circuit Judges.

MELLOY, Circuit Judge.

Thomas Horton appeals the district court's1 denial of his motion to suppress. The district court found that police had reasonable, articulable suspicion to stop Horton and that police did not exceed the permissible scope of the stop. Horton entered a conditional guilty plea to possession of a firearm as a felon, reserving the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress. We affirm.
