Ansumana Makalo, a native and citizen of The Gambia (Gambia), petitions for review of a decision by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) affirming an immigration judge's (IJ) denial of his application for withholding of removal and protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT). Makalo argues the IJ erred by discrediting several documents he submitted and by finding he had not met his burden to show eligibility for withholding of removal...
