On February 29, 2008, following a four-day trial, a jury found James Faulds, Jr., guilty of one count of distribution of child pornography ("Count 1") and a separate count of possession of such material ("Count 2"). The district court sentenced Faulds to a term of 240 months on Count 1 and a consecutive term of 120 months on Count 2 for a total of 360 months.
