Ta Chong Bank ("the Bank") filed a complaint wherein it asserted several claims against Hitachi High Technologies America, Inc. ("Hitachi"). Those claims were based on the Bank's interest in the accounts receivable of a third party, CyberHome Entertainment, Inc.
