Jose Bedolla-Zavala pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of cocaine in excess of 500 grams, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B). The district court sentenced him to 78 months' imprisonment. Mr. Bedolla-Zavala now appeals his sentence, contending that the district court erred in applying a sentencing enhancement for obstruction of justice. See U.S.S.G. § 3C1.1, Application Note 4(h).
