HODGES, District Judge:

This is a case involving offenses of sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of child pornography. Stanley G. Rothenberg was charged in a two count indictment. Count One alleged that Rothenberg, using a computer in interstate commerce, knowingly attempted to induce an individual under 18 to engage in criminal sexual activity in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2422(b).1
