Marvin Mitchell was convicted of bankruptcy fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 152. The district court1 sentenced him to eighteen months' imprisonment. He appeals, arguing that the district court miscalculated the intended financial loss for the purpose of sentencing. We affirm.
