PER CURIAM.
The issue in this appeal is whether the district court erred when it granted summary judgment in favor of Hornbeck Offshore Services, L.L.C. (Hornbeck). The district court found that Scott Sclafani, an employee of Hornbeck, was not acting in the course and scope of his employment when he was involved in an automobile accident while commuting home at the end of his work day on February 25, 2008.
