Plaintiffs brought suit against the CHIOS BEAUTY M/V and her owner and operator (together, "Defendants") for damages sustained when the ship allided with Plaintiffs' barges and tugboats, which were moored in the Mississippi near New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina.
