HAMILTON, Senior Circuit Judge:

Section 2S1.3(b)(2) of the United States Sentencing Guidelines provides a two-level enhancement for certain monetary transaction offenses if the defendant committed "the offense as part of a pattern of unlawful activity involving more than $100,000 in a 12-month period." U.S. Sentencing Guidelines Manual (USSG) § 2S1.3(b)(2). The issue presented in this appeal is whether the district court erred at sentencing...
