This case comprises the respective appeal and cross-appeal of Mee Industries ("Mee") and Dow Chemical Company ("Dow") in a malicious prosecution suit brought by Mee against Dow. Mee brought this suit in response to a patent infringement suit filed in the Middle District of Florida by Dow against Mee and Florida Power Corporation, a Mee customer.
