Plaintiff-appellant Albert Anaya-Burgos ("Anaya") filed a complaint against Dr. Eduardo Lasalvia-Prisco ("Dr.Lasalvia") and other Defendants-appellees alleging that the death of his wife, Juana Ramos ("Ramos"), occurred as a result of Defendants' negligent acts and omissions by inducing her to purchase their supposed "cancer vaccine" treatment and forego conventional cancer treatments.
