Wells Dairy, Inc., filed suit against Food Movers International, Inc. (FMI), in Iowa state court, alleging that FMI had failed to pay for product it had ordered and received. FMI removed the action to federal district court1 and filed a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, which was denied.
