Daniel Sherman (the "Trustee"), bankruptcy trustee for Velocita Worldwide Logistics, Inc. ("Velocita"), appeals the district court's judgment affirming the bankruptcy court and declining to imply a right of contribution among defendants who agreed to be jointly and individually liable for a payment as part of the settlement agreement for a state tort action.
