Kimberly Ann Norman sued Union Pacific Railroad Company, alleging that it terminated her based on race, gender, and a perceived disability. The district court1 granted summary judgment to Union Pacific. Jurisdiction being proper under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, this court affirms.
