Appellant Pat Garcia conditionally pleaded guilty to a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2250(a) for failing to register as a sex offender. The district court imposed a sentence of twenty-eight months' imprisonment and five years' supervised release. Garcia appeals, asserting a Rule 11 violation based on the fact that courts misstated the potential term of supervised release at two initial appearances and at his change-of-plea hearing.
