In this case, before us for a third time, James Munson appeals an adverse jury finding that he was not coerced by the appellees, officers and employees of the Arkansas Department of Corrections ("ADC"), to recite a prayer. Based on the jury's verdict, the district court2 concluded that the appellees had not violated the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment.
