After Aaron Binkley brought this action for breach of contract and promissory estoppel against his former employer, Entergy Operations, Inc., the district court1 granted summary judgment against him on both claims. Mr. Binkley appeals the court's judgment against him on his promissory estoppel claim and we affirm.
