Haddad Motor Group ("HMG"), a car dealership in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, sued its former accounting firm, Karp, Ackerman, Skabowski & Hogan, P.C. ("KASH"), and one of the partners, Peter Hogan ("Hogan"), over allegedly negligent tax advice. HMG recovered damages and attorneys' fees. The accountants' appeal is now before us.
