The petitioner, Yulma Marili Mendez-Barrera, is a native and citizen of El Salvador. She seeks judicial review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) denying her application for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under Article III of the United Nations Convention Against Torture (CAT).
