Mozel Palmer was convicted after a jury trial of conspiracy to possess and distribute powder and crack cocaine, 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1), and possession with intent to distribute these drugs, id. § 841(a)(1). He was sentenced to a total of 288 months' imprisonment. Palmer filed a notice of appeal, but his newly appointed appellate lawyer represents that her client's appeal is frivolous and seeks leave to withdraw under Anders...
