Ellinah Kalumu Mutuku ("Mutuku") petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals's ("BIA") dismissal of her appeal of the immigration judge's ("IJ") denial of her claims for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture ("CAT"). We have jurisdiction under 8 U.S.C. § 1252. We dismiss the petition for review with respect to Mutuku's asylum claim, deny the petition with respect to her CAT claim...
