DeWayne Hall and Calvin Key appeal the district court's denial of their motions for a sentence reduction pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) based on the retroactive crack-cocaine amendments to the Sentencing Guidelines. We reject their arguments and affirm. The district court was well within its discretion in finding each defendant responsible for distributing over 4.5 kilograms of crack cocaine, making them ineligible for a sentence reduction...
