In 2003, Peter Noe was convicted by a jury of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and conspiracy to distribute marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(b)(1)(A), 841(b)(1)(B), 846, and 851, and was sentenced to 480 months' imprisonment.
