RONALD LEE GILMAN, Circuit Judge.

Ernest Wayne Anglin pled guilty to a single count of bank robbery. The district court originally sentenced him to 168 months of imprisonment, based in part on its conclusion that Anglin's prior conviction under the federal escape statute was a "crime of violence" for the purpose of determining his status as a career offender. On appeal, this court remanded for resentencing in light of the Supreme Court's decision...
