David Nguyen (David) admitted to a managerial role in his family's marijuana business, pled guilty to various drug-related crimes, and testified at the trial of his sister, Va Thi Nguyen (Va), and cousin-in-law, Phieu Nguyen (Phieu). A jury found Va and Phieu guilty, and the district court ordered Phieu to forfeit most of his assets. David appeals his 140 month sentence, Va appeals her conviction, and Phieu appeals his conviction and the forfeiture...
