This matter is before us for the second time. In Kashner Davidson Securities Corp. v. Mscisz, 531 F.3d 68, 79 (1st Cir. 2008), we held that the arbitration award at issue in this case must be vacated because the arbitrators acted in manifest disregard of the law.
