James Andrew King pled guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). The district court found that King had three previous convictions for violent felony offenses and was therefore subject to a minimum term of 180 months' imprisonment under the Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA).
