Plaintiff Amanda Cossaboon, individually and as mother and next friend of E.C., appeals from the district court's dismissal of her medical malpractice action against defendant Maine Medical Center (MMC) for lack of personal jurisdiction. Cossaboon contends that MMC purposefully established sufficient contacts with New Hampshire to permit the exercise of general personal jurisdiction in New Hampshire....
