Ruth L. Jobe appeals the district court's ruling, on cross-motions for summary judgment, rejecting her challenge of the denial of her claim for long-term disability benefits. Jobe appeals both the district court's holding that the plan administrator was entitled to discretion in adjudicating her claim and the court's holding that the administrator did not abuse its discretion. We agree that the plan administrator was not entitled to discretion...
