Maria Lianidis pled guilty to three counts of bribery of a federal employee in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 201. On appeal, Lianidis contends that the District Court erred at sentencing by imposing a 16-level increase based on its determination that the "benefit received" under U.S.S.G. § 2C1.1(b)(2) was between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000.
