OPINION OF THE COURT

FISHER, Circuit Judge.

Alphonse Howard ("Howard") appeals the District Court's determination that he was a career offender under U.S.S.G. § 4B1.1. He argues that the District Court erred in relying on uncertified documents in determining that his two previous drug convictions were felonies. We conclude that the District Court was correct in referring to uncertified documents to establish prior convictions for sentencing purposes...
