Jeffery Thomas, III, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and, on April 23, 2003, the district court sentenced him to 46 months of imprisonment and three years of supervised release. Following the service of his term of imprisonment, the district court revoked Thomas's supervised release, and it sentenced him to 24 months of imprisonment and one year of supervised release.
