This is a failure-to-warn case involving the prescription drug Baycol, a cholesterol-reducing medication. The case comes to us after the district court1 granted Bayer's motion for summary judgment on Flesner's claims for strict liability, negligence, express and implied warranty, and unjust enrichment.
