Stuart Craig DuBose appeals his convictions for making a false statement in connection with the acquisition of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6), and for possessing a firearm while subject to a protective order, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(8). Specifically, DuBose argues that (1) the protective order underlying his conviction does not satisfy the requirements of Section 922(g)(8); (2) the district court abused its discretion...
