GOULD, Circuit Judge:

Jason Lee Jennen was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), and was sentenced to thirty-seven months in prison. Jennen had entered a conditional guilty plea for this offense, and permissibly appeals the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence obtained by law enforcement during a search of his residence.
