In November 2009, the attorney grievance committee for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York removed Saghir from the bar of that court as a disciplinary measure. See In re Saghir, No. M-2-238, 2009 WL 4437951 (S.D.N.Y. Nov. 30, 2009). As a result of that disbarment order, this Court also disbarred Saghir, pursuant to its reciprocal discipline rule.
