Manuel Isaac Marquez, Sr. appeals his conviction for conspiracy under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"), specifically a conspiracy to violate 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c) by unlawfully conducting and participating in the conduct of a criminal enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity, and through the collection of unlawful debt.
