Johnny Lane was indicted on drug charges along with three codefendants, Shawn Barnes, Kim Lane (Kim is Johnny's half-brother), and Raymond Harper. The codefendants pled guilty, but Lane put his fate in the hands of a jury. After a two-day trial, he was convicted of conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine and possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine.
